 What makes our food so incredible? It’s straightforward: we love what we do, and it shows. Our menu is simple and honest with a dedication to uncompromising quality and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We’re committed to using only the finest meats and cheeses, while our dedication to outstanding customer service remains a key ingredient. 

Our secret? 

It’s pretty simple. We’re owner-operated, which means the person cooking your meal probably owns the place. We also stick to using the best local ingredients, delivered fresh. And hey, we’re nicer too—but not in that scripted, corporate kind of way. We treat you like a real person because we genuinely appreciate you coming in. No big deal, but it’s important to us! And speaking of, the owner is born and raised right here in Maumee, and you might know the Idiot…we’re kidding, but after 20 years working at crowd favorite The Village Idiot, Joel Thornton’s dream of bringing local sandwich goodness to his hometown has come to fruition.
